Now Open: The Minnesota ABLE Plan!

February 2, 2017

The Minnesota ABLE Plan is Minnesota’s ABLE account program. ABLE accounts let people with disabilities save for the future. If you have a qualifying disability that began before you turned 26, you can save up to $19,000 each year in an ABLE account without affecting Medical Assistance (MA), Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and most other benefits, as long as you meet all the other benefits rules.

You can visit the Minnesota ABLE Plan at mn.savewithable.com. You can compare Minnesota’s ABLE Plan with other ABLE programs at the ABLE National Resource Center.
