Program HH provides services for Minnesotans living with HIV/AIDS who meet income and asset guidelines. The program helps pay for the cost of drugs used to treat HIV and HIV-related conditions.
Program HH also covers some health insurance premiums, dental services, outpatient mental health treatment, nutritional supplements, medication therapy management services, and case management services.
